Manufactured from T-304 stainless steel, these straight-flow mufflers feature robotic TIG and Plasma welded joints with machine ground seams. The internal main chamber is perforated and rifled which causes the exhaust gases to spiral outward, dissipating energy and reducing sound and harshness without effecting flow. Stainless steel matting is wound around the main tubing, further reducing harshness and also lowering temperature inside the muffler. This protects the outer layer of high kilotex, non-metallic fiber used to reduce any resonances within the chamber. Each muffler is buffed and 3-stage polished to a mirror finish for the finest in cosmetics.
